Brake Cylinder Overstroke Switch

The overstroke switch is closed to ground during normal operation. The switch circuit opens when one of the brake cylinders reach the overstroke switch. The open switch informs the ECM of the overstroke. The ECM informs the operator of the overstroke. The switch is closed when the switch is not installed on the machine.
Note: There are no diagnostics that are associated with the switch circuit. The Electrical System Schematic should be used to troubleshoot the machine harness, the switches or the ECM.
